Job Title: Head Coach
Organizational Positioning:
- Follow up by Head of recruitment Mouratoglou
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Tennis training – Group and individual lessons
- Organize and support local events and activities
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou brand and transmit the values Passionate about our Vision and Mission
- Spread and put into practice the vision of the Mouratoglou brand
- Teach and convey values of sport
- To coach within the Mouratoglou Methodology and Philosophy
- define and continuously maintain the training method based on our standards
- train them to the standards set by the Mouratoglou brand
- Develop the students’ tennis abilities Highly adaptive to his clients and situations with strong ability to feel / analyze and act accordingly
- Provide on court tailor-made private and group coaching
Activities and Tasks:
- Build effective relationships at all levels to influence and support others
- Work effectively, inspiring and motivating its clients
- Actively involved in activities
Requirements:
- Expert or open to become an expert of the Mouratoglou Academy coaching methodology
- Bachelors Degree
- Added value – track record and sporting results
- National Ranking
- International Ranking (ITF, ATP)
- Has previous coaching history
Soft skills:
- Build strong and enduring relationships
- A team player that actively seeks the support and collaboration of colleagues.
- Strong commercial awareness: seductive, convincing, influencing
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills body language and speaking
